Ordering and delivery
How to order a kamado?
- When you are on the page of the product you wish to order, click on "Add to cart" and then on "Place order".
- You will then be redirected to the "Shopping cart". To continue, click on "Place order".
- If you are not yet a customer, simply create an account by entering your first and last name and your email address in the box on the left and click on "Continue".
- You must now enter your postal address and choose the carrier of your choice.
- Once on the "Payment" page you have the choice between several payment methods:
- Payment by Secure Credit Card (the easiest and fastest way)
- Payment by Bank Transfer
- Payment by Paypal
- When your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email summarising your order. Only a few days left before you discover a wonderful kamado!
How is the kamado delivered?
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
Forest-grill.com offers 2 delivery methods:
Home delivery by GLS or SCHENKER :
- GLS EXPRESS for small packages: 3 to 4 days delivery with signature (delivery from Monday to Friday).
- For all orders under 60€ = 4,90€.
- For all orders over 60€ = free delivery
- SCHENKER for kamados: 3 to 4 days, delivered with signature (delivery Monday to Friday)
- For all orders under 60€ = 4,90€.
- For all orders over 60€ = free delivery
Whichever shipment method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online as soon as possible.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Special care is taken in the preparation of the package before it is dispatched.
