All mechanical parts are guaranteed for 2 years under normal use.
In the event of a fault, we will replace or repair at no cost.
Essential accessories also benefit from a two-year guarantee.
We provide a swift and straightforward replacement should any issue arise.

Warranty coverage
Covers:

- Cracks or breaks in the ceramic not related to impact
- Mechanical issues with hinges, thermometer, or ventilation system
Does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use (impact, dropping, deliberate extreme overheating)
- Normal wear and tear (gaskets, grates, paint, etc.)
- Insufficient cleaning or maintenance
